Trastuzumab-ANNS is a monoclonal antibody that is used to treat:

• HER2-positive, breast cancers – IV and SQ injections

Trastuzumab-ANNS is a monoclonal antibody that acts as a human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) inhibitor. • Patients who receive anthracycline after stopping trastuzumab products may be at increased risk of cardiac dysfunction because of Trastuzumab-ANNS’s long washout period based. If possible, physicians should avoid anthracycline-based therapy for up to 7 months after stopping Trastuzumab-ANNS products
• If anthracyclines are used, the patient’s cardiac function should be monitored carefully
