About
Ketan Patel is a practicing Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Ketan obtained his professional qualification as a Pharmacist in 2014 after graduating from The UCL School of Pharmacy with an MPharm degree.
Ketan has worked continuously in the community pharmacy sector since registering as a pharmacist. During this time, Ketan has developed a deep understanding of the beneficial role that pharmacists play in the community. He works with other service providers in the NHS and has developed a special interest in adopting a holistic approach to patient-centered care.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ketan was instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining a community vaccination clinic. He remains the co-lead of this vaccination center and has a vast knowledge of the areas of vaccinations. He is also an advisor for other NHS clinics around the country and has helped them set up and maintain vaccination programs.
Ketan is fluent in English and Gujarati and has helped in Social Media campaigns for the NHS to spread positive health-related messages. Ketan has a keen interest in medicine formulations, as well as using technology to improve healthcare services and facilities
