Rajive Patel
Rajive Patel is a medical writer for Now Patient. He qualified with a degree in Pharmacy (Faculty of Medicine) at the University of London, School of Pharmacy.
He obtained a professional qualification as a Pharmacist in August 1996 and continued to practice until December 2015.
He now works as a head of new medicines discovery which involves licensing new drugs. He continues to have an interest in Pharmacology and Pharmacovigilance, which is the practice of monitoring the effects of medical drugs after they have been licensed for use, especially in order to identify and evaluate previously unreported adverse reactions.
