Zolbetuximab-Clzb is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with advanced stomach cancer (gastric adenocarcinoma) or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer.

Zolbetuximab-Clzb is a monoclonal antibody that targets the Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) protein, which is found on the surface of certain cancer cells. Once Zolbetuximab-Clzb attaches to the CLDN18.2 protein, it flags the cancer cells for the immune system to destroy them.

The recommended first dose of Zolbetuximab-Clzb is 800 mg/m2 followed by 600 mg/m2 every 3 weeks or 400 mg/m2 every 2 weeks via IV infusion.
