What is Vyloy?

Vyloy is the brand name for zolbetuximab-clzb and is available as an intravenous infusion.

What dosages is Vyloy available in?

Vyloy is available as a 100 mg and 300 mg single-dose vial.

What is Vyloy used for?

Vyloy is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with advanced stomach cancer (gastric adenocarcinoma) or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer.

How does Vyloy work?

Vyloy is a monoclonal antibody that targets the Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) protein, which is found on the surface of certain cancer cells. Once Vyloy attaches to the CLDN18.2 protein, it flags the cancer cells for the immune system to destroy them.

How do I take Vyloy?

The recommended first dose of Vyloy is 800 mg/m2 followed by 600 mg/m2 every 3 weeks or 400 mg/m2 every 2 weeks via IV infusion.

Is it safe for me to take Vyloy?

Vyloy is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. You should always discuss potential side effects with your physician to ensure the medication is suitable and right for you.
