How do I take zavegepant?
Each zavegepant spray contains 10 mg of zavegepant.
The typical dose is 1 spray (10 mg) in one nostril as needed for when you have a migraine attack. The maximum dose is 1 spray in a 24-hour period.
Is it safe for me to take zavegepant?

Effects of other drugs, drug classes and over-the-counter products on zavegepant
The following medications may interact with zavegepant:
- Avoid use with drugs that inhibit OATP1B3 or NTCP transporters.
- Avoid use with drugs that induce OATP1B3 or NTCP transporters.
- Avoid use of intranasal decongestants; if unavoidable, administer
- intranasal decongestants at least 1 hour after zavegepant
- administration.
