What should you do if you use too much vardenafil?
Call your doctor right away or seek immediate medical attention if your symptoms do not improve or they become worse after using vardenafil. You can also call 800-222-1222 to reach the American Association of Poison Control Centers or use its online resource if you think you’ve used too much vardenafil. But if you have severe symptoms, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Vardenafil may interact with certain medications, particularly nitrates, which are commonly used for the treatment of angina (chest pain), amiodarone, antifungals such as fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole and voriconazole, clarithromycin, alpha blockers (such as alfuzosin, doxazosin, terazosin, or tamsulosin) to treat an enlarged prostate or high blood pressure (hypertension), finasteride, erythromycin, HIV protease inhibitors such as atazanavir, indinavir, ritonavir, and saquinavir, other medications for high blood pressure such as isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or nitroglycerin, and other treatments for erectile dysfunction, phenytoin, rifabutin, or rifampin. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about all the prescription drugs, over the counter nonprescription medication, salt substitutes, supplements, and vitamins you are taking to avoid potential adverse effects and drug interactions.
