Satralizumab-MWGE is a monoclonal antibody that is used to treat neuromyelitis optica sectrum disorder (NMOSD) in adults who are anti-aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody positive.

Satralizumab-MWGE is a monoclonal antibody that works as an interleukin antagonist. Satralizumab-MWGE is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects.
