How do I take Rimegepant?
Rimegepant is dosed as follows:
- Acute treatment of migraine: The typical dose is 75 mg placed on top of or under your tongue as needed when you have a migraine attack. Don’t take more than 75 mg in one day
- Prevention of migraine: The typical dose is 75 mg placed on top of or under your tongue every other day

- Strong CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Avoid concomitant administration
- Moderate CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Avoid another dose within 48 hours when administered with a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor
- Strong and Moderate CYP3A Inducers: Avoid concomitant administration
- Potent Inhibitors of P-gp: Avoid another dose of Rimegepant within 48 hours when administered with a potent P-gp inhibitor

It is not known if Rimegepant will harm your unborn baby. There is a pregnancy exposure registry for women who take Rimegepant during pregnancy. The study is named MONITOR (Migraine Observational NURTEC Pregnancy Registry). A registry is a study.
