RAPAMUNE ORAL SOLUTION is typically taken as 6 mg or 15 mg by mouth on the day after your transplant, followed by 2 mg or 5 mg by mouth every day. For lymphangioleiomyomatosis, the typical starting dose is 2 mg by mouth every day.
Your provider will likely measure the level of medication in your blood after a few weeks and will adjust your dose accordingly.
