- Your treatment team will determine your Pemetrexed dose based on your body surface area (BSA), which is calculated using your height and weight
- The typical dose is 500 mg/m2 given as an infusion through the vein (IV) every 3 weeks by a healthcare provider

The following medications may interact with Pemetrexed:
- Ibuprofen increased risk of Pemetrexed toxicity in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Modify the ibuprofen dosage as recommended for patients with a creatinine clearance between 45 mL/min and 79 mL/min

Males with female partners of reproductive potential to use effective contraception during treatment with Pemetrexed and for 3 months after the last dose.
