This helps lower the lung symptoms you have, such as shortness of breath and cough.
How do I take Nintedanib?
- Nintedanib is typically dosed as 150 mg taken by mouth twice daily, 12 hours apart
- Your dose will be different if you have liver problems

- Blood clots in other parts of the body: chest pain, difficulty breathing, weakness, numbness or tingling sensation in arms and legs
- Serious bleeds: bleeds that are difficult to stop, bruises that don’t go away, weakness, tiredness, headaches, dizziness, bloody stool or blood in the urine
- Severe damage to stomach or intestines: sudden and severe pain or tenderness in stomach area, bloating, nausea, vomiting, bleeding in the rectum, change in appetite

- Coadministration of P-gp and CYP3A4 inhibitors may increase Nintedanib exposure

Based on findings from animal studies and its mechanism of action, Nintedanib can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman.
