Instructions:

– Take the capsules whole without breaking, crushing, or chewing them.
– If you forget to take a dose and it is more than 12 hours before your next dose, take it as soon as you remember.
– If it is less than 12 hours before your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose at the next scheduled time.
