Lenvima is a kinase inhibitor that is indicated for:

  • Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC

  • Endometrial carcinoma (EC)

How does Lenvima work?

Lenvima is a targeted cancer therapy classified as a multiple receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). It is not a traditional chemotherapy drug. It works by blocking specific proteins (kinases) inside the cancer cells and their surrounding environment to stop tumor growth and survival.

How do I take Lenvima?

Lenvima is typically taken once a day. It can be used by itself or along with pembrolizumab or everolimus, depending on what is being treated.
