What is JADENU?
JADENU is the brand name for deferasirox and is available as an oral tablet.
What dosages is JADENU available in?
JADENU is available as a 90 mg, 180 mg, 360 mg oral tablet.
What is JADENU used for?
JADENU is a chelating agent and is used to treat chronic iron overload (high iron levels in the blood for a long period of time) in people age 2 years and older who receive regular blood transfusions, and people age 10 years and older with a genetic blood condition called non-transfusion-dependent thalassemias (NTDT).

How do I take JADENU?
JADENU is typically dosed based on your weight and estimated
glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Your physician will determine your dose.
Is it safe for me to take JADENU?
