Infection—fever, chills, cough, sore throat, wounds that don’t heal, pain or trouble when passing urine, general feeling of discomfort or being unwell
Low red blood cell level—unusual weakness or fatigue, dizziness, headache, trouble breathing
Pain, tingling, or numbness in the hands or feet, muscle weakness, change in vision, confusion or trouble speaking, loss of balance or coordination, trouble walking, seizures
Swelling and pain of the tumor site or lymph nodes
Unusual bruising or bleeding
Effects of other drugs, drug classes and over-the-counter products on Glofitamab-Gxbm
- The following medications may interact with Glofitamab-Gxbm:
- For certain CYP substrates where minimal concentration changes may lead to serious adverse reactions
- monitor for toxicities or drug concentrations of such CYP substrates when coadministered with Glofitamab-Gxbm.

Tell your healthcare provider right away if you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant during treatment with Glofitamab-Gxbm.
