Day 15 Step-up dose 2 10 mg
Cycle 2-12: Day 1 30 mg

Columvi Common Side Effects

- Constipation
- Diarrhea

Columvi Serious Side Effects
Serious side effects are rare with Columvi. Side effects that you should report to your care team as soon as possible:
Allergic reactions—skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
Fever, chills, unusual weakness or fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, headache, dizziness, feeling faint or lightheaded, shortness of breath, fast or irregular heartbeat, which may be signs of cytokine release syndrome
Infection—fever, chills, cough, sore throat, wounds that don’t heal, pain or trouble when passing urine, general feeling of discomfort or being unwell
Low red blood cell level—unusual weakness or fatigue, dizziness, headache, trouble breathing
Pain, tingling, or numbness in the hands or feet, muscle weakness, change in vision, confusion or trouble speaking, loss of balance or coordination, trouble walking, seizures
Swelling and pain of the tumor site or lymph nodes
Unusual bruising or bleeding
Effects of other drugs, drug classes and over-the-counter products on Columvi
- The following medications may interact with Columvi:
- For certain CYP substrates where minimal concentration changes may lead to serious adverse reactions
- monitor for toxicities or drug concentrations of such CYP substrates when coadministered with Columvi.

Columvi may harm your unborn baby.
Females who are able to become pregnant:
Your healthcare provider should do a pregnancy test before you start treatment with Columvi.
You should use effective birth control (contraception) during treatment and for 1 month after your last dose of Columvi. Talk to your healthcare provider about what birth control method is right for you during this time.
Tell your healthcare provider right away if you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant during treatment with Columvi.
