Fruqintinib is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have been previously treated with fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, an anti-VEGF therapy, and, if RAS wild-type and medically appropriate, an anti-EGFR therapy.

Fruqintinib works by blocking a protein that causes cancer cells to grow and multiply. This helps to slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
How do I take Fruqintinib?
The recommended dose of Fruqintinib is 5 mg orally once daily, with or without food for the first 21 days of each 28-day cycle
