Crovalimab-AKKZ is a complement C5 inhibitor that is used to treat adults and pediatric patients 13 years and older with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and body weight of at least 40 kg.

How does Crovalimab-AKKZ work?

Crovalimab-AKKZ is a complement C5 inhibitor that is recycled within the bloodstream to stop blood cell destruction, a process called hemolysis.

How do I take Crovalimab-AKKZ?

Crovalimab-AKKZ is dosed based on your body weight. You will typically start with one loading dose given by IV infusion, followed by 4 additional loading doses administered by subcutaneous injection. Then you will be given a maintenance dose every 4 weeks by subcutaneous injection.

    Cannot speak highly enough of the service and assistance I have received from NowPatient. I was dealing with a very kind and helpful clinician who couldn't do enough to assist.
