detected by an FDA-approved test following progression on at least one endocrine-based regimen in the metastatic setting or recurrence on or within 12 months of completing adjuvant therapy.

  • Males with female partners who are able to become pregnant should use effective birth control during your treatment with capivasertib and for 4 months after the last dose. If your female partner becomes pregnant, tell your healthcare provider right away
