How does Bendamustine work?
Bendamustine is an alkylating drug that works by slowing down the growth of cancer cells.
How do I take Bendamustine?
Bendamustine is dosed as follows:
For CLL:
- 100 mg/m2 is infused intravenously over 10 minutes on Days 1 and 2 of a 28-day cycle, for up to 6 cycles.
For NHL:
- 120 mg/m2 is infused intravenously over 10 minutes on Days 1 and 2 of a 21-day cycle, for up to 8 cycles.
