Bendamustine is available in a multiple-dose vial that contains 100 mg/4 mL (25 mg/mL) of Bendamustine.

Bendamustine is used for treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Bendamustine is an alkylating drug that works by slowing down the growth of cancer cells.

Bendamustine is dosed as follows:

For CLL:

• 100 mg/m2 is infused intravenously over 10 minutes on Days 1 and 2 of a 28-day cycle, for up to 6 cycles.

For NHL:

• 120 mg/m2 is infused intravenously over 10 minutes on Days 1 and 2 of a 21-day cycle, for up to 8 cycles.
