Anti-Inhibitor Coagulant Complex is typically dosed as follows and is based on your weight. For control and prevention of bleeding episodes or perioperative management, the dose 50 to 100 units/kg. The frequecy/duration will be determined by the type of bleeding episode or surgical intervention. For routine prophylaxis, the dose is 85 units/kg every other day.
