ZOLINZA is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of cutaneous manifestations in patients with cutaneous Tcell lymphoma (CTCL) who have progressive, persistent or recurrent disease on or following two systemic therapies.

ZOLINZA is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that treats lymphoma.
How do I take ZOLINZA?
ZOLINZA is typically taken as 400 mg orally once daily with food. If patient is intolerant to therapy, reduce the dose to 300 mg orally once daily with food. If necessary, reduce the dose further to300 mg once daily with food for 5 consecutive days each week. Reduce dose in patients with mild or moderate hepatic impairment.

ZOLINZABased on its mechanism of action and findings from animal studies, ZOLINZA can cause fetal harm
when administered to a pregnant woman. Females should have pregnancy testing done within 7 days prior to initiating therapy
with ZOLINZA. Females should use effective contraception during treatment with ZOLINZA and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Males with female partners of reproductive potential to use effective contraception and to avoid
fathering a child during treatment with ZOLINZA and for at least 3 months after the last dose.
