Adults weighing less than 123 lbs (56 kg):

• The typical dose is 16.6 mg injected under the skin once daily.
• Adults weighing between 123 to 168 lbs (56-76 kg): The typical dose is 23 mg injected under the skin once daily.
• Adults weighing 169 lbs (77 kg) and more: The typical dose is 32.4 mg injected under the skin once daily.

Zilucoplan is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects.
