The recommended once daily dose of Vesicare Ls is based on patient weight. Dosing should be initiated at the recommended starting dose and titrated to the lowest effective dose.

- Angioedema (severe swelling): swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat; trouble breathing
- Abnormal heart rhythm: chest pounding, fast heartbeat, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, short of breath, feeling faint or lightheaded
- Worsening glaucoma
- Worsening problems with the digestive system, like gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying)
