Tyenne is an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of: Rheumatoid arthritis Giant cell arteritis (GCA) Polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (PJIA) Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA)

How do I take Tyenne?
Tyenne is given as a subcutaneous injection or IV infusion. Your dose will be decided based on how well it is working, your body weight, if it is given sub-Q or IV, and what side effects it it causing.
