Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following: Serious allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis: rash, itching, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, or any swelling of your hands, face, or mouth after receiving this medicine Skin reactions: skin discoloration, itching, blistering or peeling skin in the groin, underarms, skin folds, in the neck, and under dressings Liver problems: bloated abdomen or stomach, pain in the upper right abdomen, or yellow skin or eyes

The following medications may interact with Thiotepa: CYP3A4 inhibitors: Avoid using strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., itraconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir) and strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampin, phenytoin) with Thiotepa Strong CYP3A4 modulators: Closely monitor for adverse drug reactions
