- TALVEY is a bispecific GPRC5D-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody

TALVEY works by helping your immune system slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
How do I take TALVEY?
- TALVEY is given as a subcutaneous injection on a weekly or biweekly schedule. Your dose is based on your weight and will start low and gradually increase

The following medications may interact with TALVEY:
- For certain cytochrome P450 (CYP) substrates, minimal changes in the substrate concentration may lead to serious adverse reactions. Monitor for toxicity or drug concentrations of such CYP substrates when co-administered with TALVEY

Based on its mechanism of action, TALVEY may cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. If you can become pregnant, you should use effective contraception during treatment with TALVEY and for 3 months after the last dose.
