• Severe allergic reactions: problems breathing, blistering skin rash with a high fever, swelling in your face, mouth, or throat
• Low potassium levels: weakness, muscle cramps or twitches, digestive problems, abnormal heartbeat, kidney problems

The following medications may interact with Semglee:

• Drugs that affect glucose levels
• Antiadrenergic drugs (e.g., beta-blockers, clonidine, guanethidine, and reserpine)
