How does Pegunigalsidase Alfa-Iwxj work?
Pegunigalsidase Alfa-Iwxj provides the body with an enzyme (protein) called alpha-galatosidase A. In Fabry disease, your body isn’t able to make the alpha-galatosidase A enzyme.
