Serious side effects are rare with Imdelltra. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following: Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat Cytokine release syndrome: fever, chills, unusual weakness or fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, headache, dizziness, feeling faint or lightheaded, shortness of breath, and fast or irregular heartbeat Infection: fever, chills, cough, sore throat, wounds that don’t heal, pain or trouble when passing urine, general feeling of discomfort or being unwell Liver injury: right upper belly pain, loss of appetite, nausea, light-colored stool, dark yellow or brown urine, yellowing skin or eyes, unusual weakness or fatigue Low red blood cell level: unusual weakness or fatigue, dizziness, headache, trouble breathing Unusual bruising or bleeding

Is IMDELLTRA safe in pregnancy?
Imdelltra may harm your unborn baby. You should use an effective form of birth control (contraception) during treatment with Imdelltra, and for 2 months after your last dose.
