Ilumetri is the brand name for tildrakizumab-asmn and is available as a subcutaneous injection.

Ilumetri is available in a pre-filled syringe containing 100 mg or 200 mg of tildrakizumab in 1 mL or 2 mL.

Ilumetri is indicated for the treatment of adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Ilumetri works by targeting and blocking the activity of a specific protein in the immune system called interleukin-23 (IL-23). This action helps reduce the inflammation that causes the symptoms of plaque psoriasis.

The recommended dose of Ilumetri is 100 mg by subcutaneous injection at weeks 0, 4 and every 12 weeks thereafter.
