• 3 mg/kg injected under the skin every 2 weeks, OR

• Clinical experience suggests that a drug interaction exists with Hemlibra and aPCC. There is a possibility for an increased risk of clotting with rFVIIa or FVIII with Hemlibra based on preclinical experiments.
