What should you do if you use too much ezetimibe?
Call your doctor right away or seek immediate medical attention if your symptoms do not improve or they become worse after using ezetimibe. You can also call 800-222-1222 to reach the American Association of Poison Control Centers or use its online resource if you think you’ve used too much ezetimibe. But if you have severe symptoms, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Ezetimibe is a cholesterol absorption inhibitor used for the treatment of high cholesterol levels (hypercholesterolemia) in the blood. How does ezetimibe work?

Ezetimibe was shown to reduce LDL cholesterol levels (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) and increase HDL levels.
