Elrexfio is a bispecific B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-directed CD3 T‑cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior lines of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.

Elrexfio Serious Side Effects
Serious side effects are rare with Elrexfio. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you develop any signs or symptoms of an infection during treatment with Elrexfio. Also let them know if you symptoms of liver problems such as tiredness, loss of appetite, pain in your right upper stomach-area (abdomen), dark urine, and yellowing of your skin or the white part of your eyes.
Effects of other drugs, drug classes and over-the-counter products on Elrexfio
The following medications may interact with Elrexfio:
- For certain CYP substrates, minimal changes in the concentration may lead to serious adverse reactions. Monitor for toxicity or drug concentrations of such CYP substrates when co-administered with Elrexfio
- Elrexfio causes release of cytokines that may suppress activity of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, resulting in increased exposure of CYP substrates. Increased exposure of CYP substrates is more likely to occur after the first dose of Elrexfio Day 1 and up to 14 days after the 32 mg dose on Day 4 and during and after CRS

Females who are able to become pregnant:
- Your healthcare provider should do a pregnancy test before you start treatment with Elrexfio
- You should use effective birth control (contraception) during treatment and for 4 months after your last dose of Elrexfio
- Tell your healthcare provider right away if you become pregnant or think that you may be pregnant during treatment with Elrexfio
