How does DUOBRII work?
DUOBRII is a combination of two medications that work together to treat plaque psoriasis. Halobetasol is a corticosteroid. It lowers inflammation and relieves redness, itching, and swelling of your skin. Tazarotene is a retinoid. It’s unclear how this medication works for plaque psoriasis, but it might be due to changes in skin cell growth and lowering inflammation.
How do I take DUOBRII?
Apply a thin layer once a day to cover the affected areas and rub in gently. The maximum dose is 50 grams per week.

DUOBRII is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. pregnant. Your healthcare provider will decide when to do the test.
Begin treatment with DUOBRII during a normal menstrual period.
Use an effective form of birth control during treatment with DUOBRII. Talk with your healthcare provider about birth control options that may be used
to prevent pregnancy during treatment with DUOBRII.
Stop using DUOBRII and tell your healthcare provider right away if you become pregnant during treatment with DUOBRII.
