How do I take Daridorexant?
The recommended dose of Daridorexant is 25 mg to 50 mg once per night, taken by mouth within 30 minutes before going to bed. You should only take Daridorexant if you can get at least 7 hours of sleep before waking up the next day.
Is it safe for me to take Daridorexant?
Daridorexant is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. - Suicidal thoughts or behaviors
- Depression: anxiety, trouble sleeping, feeling angry or irritated, restlessness
- Abnormal sleep behaviors: sleepwalking, sleep-driving, sleeping during activities, sleep paralysis (temporarily unable to move or talk while waking up)
