People aged 12 years and older: 1 puff or inhalation by mouth once daily. The starting dose on the inhaler is 100 mcg (micrograms). Sometimes your healthcare provider will increase the dose up to 200 mcg after 2 weeks if you need more help controlling your asthma.
Children aged 5 to 11 years old: 1 puff or inhalation (50 mcg) by mouth once daily

Primary treatment of status asthmaticus or acute episodes of asthma
requiring intensive measures.
• Severe hypersensitivity to milk proteins.
• Demonstrated hypersensitivity to any ingredients.

Arnuity Ellipta Serious Side Effects
Serious side effects are rare with Arnuity Ellipta. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
Status asthmaticus (when asthma attacks follow one another without pause) or other acute episodes of asthma requiring immediate attention
Serious allergic reactions
Effects of other drugs, drug classes and over-the-counter products on Arnuity Ellipta
The following medications may interact with Arnuity Ellipta:
- Strong cytochrome P450 3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole): Use with
- caution. May cause systemic corticosteroid effects.
