• Lamivudine and abacavir are both nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). They block an enzyme called reverse transcriptase, which prevents the HIV virus from making copies of itself and spreading.

The recommended dose of Abacavir/Dolutegravir/Lamivudine is one tablet daily with or without food.

Abacavir/Dolutegravir/Lamivudine is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. • Presence of HLA-B*5701 allele
• Prior hypersensitivity reaction to abacavir, dolutegravir, or lamivudine
• Coadministration with dofetilide
