What should you do if you use too much tadalafil?
Call your doctor right away or seek immediate medical attention if your symptoms do not improve or they become worse after using tadalafil. You can also call 800-222-1222 to reach the American Association of Poison Control Centers or use its online resource if you think you’ve used too much tadalafil. But if you have severe symptoms, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Tadalafil may interact with certain medications, including antifungals such as fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole and voriconazole, an alpha blocker (such as doxazosin, or tamsulosin) to treat an enlarged prostate or high blood pressure, finasteride, erythromycin, HIV protease inhibitors such as ritonavir, other medications for high blood pressure such as isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or nitroglycerin, other treatments for erectile dysfunction, phenytoin, rifabutin, or rifampin. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about all the prescription drugs, over the counter nonprescription medication, salt substitutes, supplements, and vitamins you are taking to avoid potential adverse effects and drug interactions.
