What dosages is LEMTRADA available in?
LEMTRADA is available as a 12 mg/1.2 mL (10 mg/mL) single-use vial.
What is LEMTRADA used for?
LEMTRADA is an anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody that is used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults who haven’t responded well enough to at least two other MS medications.
How does LEMTRADA work?
LEMTRADA is a CD52 monoclonal antibody. The exact way it treats MS isn’t well-understood. But it’s thought to dampen the immune system by attaching to a protein called CD52 found on certain immune cells. This temporarily lowers the amount of immune cells in the body, which can lessen inflammation and bring relief of MS symptoms.
