Administer 1.4 mg/m2 of Eribulin Mesylate intravenously over 2 to 5 minutes on Days 1 and 8 of a 21-day cycle.

Males should use an effective form of birth control when having sex with female partners who are able to become pregnant during treatment and for 3 1/2 months (14 weeks) after the final dose.
