BRYHALI is a very strong corticosteroid. It helps treat flare-ups of skin conditions like psoriasis by lessening inflammation in the body and calming down the immune system.
How do I take BRYHALI?
BRYHALI is dosed as follows:
- Cream or ointment: Adults and children over 12 years old should apply a thin layer to the affected area(s) once or twice daily for up to 2 weeks
- 0.05% lotion (Ultravate) or 0.05% foam (Lexette): Apply a thin layer to the affected area(s) twice daily for up to 2 weeks. The lotion can be used for adults and children 12 years or older, but the foam should only be used for adults at least 18 years old
- 0.01% lotion (Bryhali): Adults at least 18 years old should apply a thin layer to the affected area(s) once daily for up to 8 weeks

BRYHALI is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. You should always discuss potential side effects with your physician to ensure the medication is suitable and right for you.

- Stinging or burning where the medication is applied
