The typical starting dose of Apomorphine Sublingual Film is 10 mg dissolved under the tongue on an as-needed basis, up to 5 times per day. Don’t take more than 30 mg in a single dose. You can take another dose after at least 2 hours, but don’t take more than 1 dose for the same “off” episode.

- Prolonged erection (erection lasting longer than 4 hours)
