Tecvayli, also referred to as teclistamab-cqyv, is the initial bispecific antibody drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of myeloma.

TECVAYLI should only be administered via subcutaneous injection. The dosing schedule for TECVAYLI is outlined in Table 1.
