INREBIC is the brand name for fedratinib and is available as an oral capsule.

INREBIC is available as a 100 mg oral capsule.
What is INREBIC used for?
INREBIC is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk primary or secondary (post-polycythemia vera or post-essential
thrombocythemia) myelofibrosis (MF).
How does INREBIC work?
INREBIC works by blocking a protein that causes cancer cells to grow and multiply. This helps to slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
How do I take INREBIC?
INREBIC is typically taken as 400 mg orally once daily with or without food for patients with a baseline platelet count of greater than or equal to 50 x 109/L (2.1). The dose should be reduced for patients taking strong CYP3A inhibitors or with severe renal
impairment.
Is it safe for me to take INREBIC?
INREBIC is a safe and effective treatment when used for FDA licensed indications. However, like all medications, they may give you unwanted side effects. You should always discuss potential side effects with your physician to ensure the medication is suitable and right for you.
INREBIC Common Side Effects
Common side effects of INREBIC:
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Anemia
- Vomiting
INREBIC Serious Side Effects
Serious side effects are rare with INREBIC. Contact your doctor or seek medical help if you experience any of the following.
- Low blood cell counts
- Severe diarrhea or vomitting
- Liver problems
- Symptoms of heart attack, stroke, or blood clots
- New or secondary cancer

- Strong CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Reduce INREBIC (fedratinib) dose as recommended
- Strong and Moderate CYP3A4 Inducers: Avoid use of INREBIC
- CYP3A4, CYP2C19, or CYP2D6 Substrates: Dose modifications of substrates drugs may be needed
- OCT2 and MATE1/2-K Substrates: Dose modifications of substrate drugs may be needed

It is not known if INREBIC will harm your unborn baby.
Females who are able to become pregnant: Talk with your healthcare provider about pregnancy planning during
treatment with INREBIC. Talk with your healthcare provider about your risk of severe uterine bleeding if you are treated
with blood thinner medicines, including INREBIC.
