Inrebic is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk primary or secondary (post-polycythemia vera or post-essential
thrombocythemia) myelofibrosis (MF).
How does Inrebic work?
Inrebic works by blocking a protein that causes cancer cells to grow and multiply. This helps to slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
How do I take Inrebic?
Inrebic is typically taken as 400 mg orally once daily with or without food for patients with a baseline platelet count of greater than or equal to 50 x 109/L (2.1). The dose should be reduced for patients taking strong CYP3A inhibitors or with severe renal
impairment.

- CYP3A4, CYP2C19, or CYP2D6 Substrates: Dose modifications of substrates drugs may be needed
- OCT2 and MATE1/2-K Substrates: Dose modifications of substrate drugs may be needed

Females who are able to become pregnant: Talk with your healthcare provider about pregnancy planning during

with blood thinner medicines, including Inrebic.
