Nicorette QuickMist is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) mouth spray that delivers 1 mg of nicotine per spray directly to the lining of the mouth. It provides one of the fastest craving relief of any oral NRT product — you can feel the effect within 60 seconds. Available in Freshmint and Cool Berry flavours, as well as the SmartTrack version which connects to a smartphone app to track usage. Available through the NHS Quit Smoking service.

Spray into the inside of the cheek (not towards the throat). Use 1–2 sprays when you would normally smoke or when you have a craving. Allow 15 seconds between sprays. Do not inhale while spraying.
