If using Nicorette QuickMist SmartTrack for the first time or if it has not been used for 2 days, the spray pump must be primed by pressing the top of the QuickMist with index finger 3 times until a fine spray appears. After priming, the spray nozzle should be pointed as close to the open mouth as possible and the top of the dispenser pressed to release one spray into the mouth, avoiding the lips. Users should not inhale while spraying to avoid getting spray down the throat. For best results, do not swallow for a few seconds after spraying. Over 12 years of age: use 1 or 2 sprays when cigarettes normally would have been smoked or if cravings emerge.
