Adults and the elderly: shake the bottle to mix contents and add 15-20ml (one and a half to two inner capfuls) to a 20cm (8 inch) bath of water. Immerse and cover the affected areas with the bath water and soak for 10-20 minutes. Pat dry with a towel. Children and infants: shake the bottle to mix contents and add 5-10ml (half to one inner capful) to a small bath of water.
