White, round, biconvex, coated tablet containing:
Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) 150mg
equivalent to Valerian Root 450-900mg
Dosage
Over 18 years: 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary an additional tablet can be taken earlier in the evening. Do not chew.
As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, the tablets may need to be taken for 2-4 weeks continuously.
Under 18 years: not recommended.
